A graduate of the London School of Economics (UK) and a mother of two, she blends expertise in educational systems, professional development, and community building.

Her career spans classroom teaching, school leadership training, and partnerships with schools and education organisations worldwide. She has designed professional development programs for teachers and school leaders and supported the integration of educational technology into both learning and school management systems. Pavittra has deeply invested over 8 years researching about raising gifted children and supporting highly able learners within schools and classrooms.

Pavittra is also an active community builder. She has founded and led networks for women educators, creating spaces for mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth.
